No check-in a atendente foi muito prestativa, percebeu qu eu avia reservado quarto sem ar condicionado e gentilmente me colocou em um que tinha ar condicionado, senão minha experiência teria sido terrível pois o dia estava muito quente. Já que estamos... ficamos!

Optamos primeiramente por apto. Standart. Mas, ao conhecer o apto, achamos necessidades que nao tinham: acessibilidade, frigobar, ar condicionado, sem falar no cheiro ruim no andar subsolo... pedimos para trocar. So tinha luxo. Com precobem maior. Já estavamos lá descendo e subindo malas... ficamos com o luxo, que nao tem nada de luxo! A construção é antiga, janelas sazazaki, muito simples, no geral. O bom, é no centro, atendimento do balcao, do café e faxineira otimos! Pelo menos, do terreo para cima tem elevador. As garagens são boas, com acesso fácil. E há proximo um otimo restaurante- Doce Sonho...

O colchão é pessimo pois é muito mole. Toalhas e colchas descosturaras o que da uma impressão de má gerência e desconforto para quem usa. Deixou a desejar pelo valor cobrado.

Fiquei surpreso com o hotel, não imaginava que fosse tão acolhedor, dependência um 10 na limpeza. Recepcionistas muito acolhedoras, simpatia nem se fala de tão prestativas que são. Recomendo esse hotel a todos que forem a Xanxerê. Muito obrigado pelo acolhimento. Abraço!!
