The hotel is located in a well manatained historical building. Indeed, the building was impressive, and we really had the feeling of living a piece of the Wurzburg history. The room was huge, and we had windows all over the room. The furniture was nice and perfectly matched the hotel style. Apart from the bedroom, there was an entrance where we could leave some stuff, and a nice bathroom with a huge shower. We also received a small bottle of local wine (Riesling) as present from the Hotel. The hotel is located very near to the town centre, which is definitely worth the visit.

Second time staying at this hotel, this time on the new building and we loved it! Very spacious suite with outdoor space which was perfect for our dog. A short walk from the river and across the road from a number of options. 5 minute walk from town. We really enjoyed staying here again and will be back.

This is a lovely and comfortable hotel in a quiet street in but near the center of everything. The room for us was ample, clean, and updated. The bedding is crisp and comfortable. I really like their policy: if you can't sleep, they'll bring you a glass of hot milk and honey.

Good, not exceptional.

Pleasant stay, few disappointments. The positive: hotel location is great, room was very spacious and clean, breakfast was very good and staff is friendly and helpful. The negative: the room I booked was a “Superior Room” in annex building. A bit underwhelming considering it was one of the most expensive rooms. A bit worn looking and decor was not what I would expect of a 4 star superior room. Weather was very warm during this stay and the AC in the room was not good. Temp was controlled so room never really cooled off. There is onsite parking but very difficult to find the entrance. You have to take a car elevator to underground parking- no signage to guide. Overall stay was good, however not exceptional for the price paid. A regular room is probably a better value.
