"We arrived rather late (after 9.00pm), was a bit tricky to find in the dark, but we managed it! Greeted by Hilde - lovely lady. Took us to our rooms, which were lovely & comfortable & clean. Allowed full use of the lounge & kitchen. There were 3 of us (adults). Very spacious. Shower lovely. Breakfast choice amazing. We stayed here having visited Bruges. Would definitely return & recommend. "

"We had a flying visit to this hotel but it was fabulous. It's a beautiful building and the host was very friendly. We had to get up early before breakfast is beautiful served but they made sure the daily bread order arrived early and made us a picnic breakfast to eat in the road, even with warm scrambled eggs! Delicious! And Veurne is beautiful. Well worth a visit. "

"Bij onze aankomst was er een waterprobleem op het hoogste verdiep waardoor de lift buiten werking gesteld was voor de veiligheid! Matthias en zijn werknemers bleven kalm, stelden ons gerust, en acties werden ondernomen! De volgende dag alles normaal, dit hotel is als ons tweede verblijf in Oostende, we voelen ons hier altijd zeer welkom!"
