"I had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking a quiet garden. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and breakfast, on the one day I was able to get it, was superb. The only reason I give only four stars for staff and service is that the proprietors aren’t able to find enough qualified staff to allow them to provide services (like breakfast) every day. I hope they can resolve that problem. I would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"This place was absolutely awesome! The location and the hotel itself exceeded my expectations and I’d totally recommend it to anyone staying in Nürnberg. The staff was very polite and helpful. It’s very conveniently located around tons of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. I felt completely safe as a solo traveler and could easily walk around with no issue. "

"The staff was absolutely outstanding and directed us anywhere we wanted to go. This hotel is right in the old town city center and walking distance to just about everything. The modern museum around the corner has a talking robot."

"Von außen ein Traditionshaus (dem Namen entsprechend) findet man innen moderne, sehr saubere und hervorragend ausgestattete Zimmer vor. Die Symbiose aus Tradition und Moderne ist mehr als gelungen.
Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Beim Frühstück bleiben keine Wünsche offen, selbst für Allergiker (glutenfrei, laktosefrei) ist auf Nachfrage gesorgt.
Die Nähe zur Nürnberger Altstadt (10 min. Fußweg) ist gegeben.
Alles in allem ein mehr als empfehlenswertes Hotel."

"This is a little gem of a hotel right in the middle of the prettiest part of Nuremberg's old town and historic centre. The staff at the hotel couldn't have been more helpful and the woman at Reception went out of her way to suggest places of interest and give advice. Breakfast was really good and the hotel was very clean and quiet. All in all, an excellent choice and great value."

"Exceptionally clean with an amazing staff that was very helpful. Plenty of hot water and comfortable bed. Tastefully decorated and shopping just a short walk away. Although they had an extensive gourmet menu we had already eaten or we would have had dinner at the hotel. Great value !"

We got stuck in elevator, but the hotel staff were very friendly during whole situation, even providing refreshments thru cracks in door. "
