The outlets don’t work, lamps are broken, the refrigerators are broken, maids don’t clean well and you see dirty surfaces on chairs, sofa, doors, mirror, etc. the maids took my husband’s ring and only by begging did we manage to get it back. The manager never contacted us after that to compensate us in any way. Although the reception is kind, they don’t seem enthusiastic. I’ve never stayed at a worst hotel and this was my second time staying at this one. Really wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you’re broke or have no standards. This isn’t an exaggeration."
