"Everything was perfect But Hot top is not working when we were there but no notice when I book the hotel Also Nintendo switch are included in my suite but no one telling us so we couldn’t play I just knew when they asking for return the Nintendo switch Room and breakfast we great"

"We had a great stay at this hotel and the housekeeping staff in particular were incredible - if I went out to grab a quick breakfast and came back even 30 minutes later, I'd find the room cleaned and bed made up. The experience was slightly marred by the fact that our keycards didn't work on the first day. No big deal, somebody came and let us in but evidently didn't fix the lock, as the next day we returned from an event at 1am tired and ready for bed and were once again unable to access the room. With fewer staff working at that time of day, we had to wait 45 minutes for someone to help this time. Didn't love that."

"Didn’t get my security deposit back, I’ve cleaned the whole room made sure everything were back in their place & they said I’d get it in 3-5 business days still didn’t get it I never got a email they said they would send me either just the bill nothings states the fact about my deposit. Other then that it’s a 10/10 during my whole stay but a lot of construction around I didn’t really mind it tho bar was really nice & friendly & restaurant as same great experience & the staff was welcoming 😊"
