Sorry your stay was so bad. Most like their stays here but it looks like once in awhile we still aren't pleasing everyone. I truly am sorry your stay was so miserable. If you ever are this way again, please stop in and let me know what room etc that was such a bad experience and I will personally try to make a positive stay for you.

I am sorry you were not happy with your stay. The "bell" you thought you were ringing was our motion detector. When the button was pushed it paused the detector so I didn't know you were here. I am sorry you were not happy. have a great day.

Dear Mr. Ewing, As I tried to explain to you, it doesn't show up in my system. I honestly thought it had been taken care of when I voided the sale. Apparently when I voided it, the payment had already been processed so all it did was void it out of our system, it didn't void the transaction from being processed, as I had originally thought. When I called you back, and again you did not answer I left a message explaining I thought it had been voided and asked you to call me back. Instead you felt you had to complain to the community at large instead of returning a call, so we could figure this out. Again, I am sorry for the confusion, but you have received a full refund of the overcharge, and I am sorry about the mistake.

I am so sorry about that. I was in the hospital and those that were covering for me have not done this job before. If one person took your call, the other person might not have realized what was going on. It was something that never should have happened, but it was something that came up suddenly and I hadn't had a chance to train them better. I truly am so sorry about your troubles and wish I could have been here.

We are trying to work on that worn-out look. Hopefully there will be sometime this fall to do a really good makeover in a few spots. I think over-all its slowly getting there, just a little more work on painting etc. Thank you for your review, and we hope to see you again soon.

Sorry that you feel that way. We have been working on improving our standards and making our Inn more accessible for our pass through travelers and still maintain our regulars who come in from out of state and stay here while they are working. We appreciate all of our clients and try to make it nice for everyone. It is legal to smoke pot for recreational use in Nevada. I cannot control when a customer walks into the office smelling like weed, and the smell remains after they have left. I am truly sorry if you were offended by the smell. Could be the room probably smelled like a dryer sheet because the bedding had all been washed and dried with dryer sheets that morning. I wish the smells had not been so much for you, but we will keep trying to make our customers happy and I am sorry we missed with you.
