"Many positives but one deal killer. Both the 2nd and 3rd evenings we returned to find the door unlocked and not latched. The door did not latch when left to close by itself, we found that you have to pull it shut manually to get it to latch/lock. We informed the front desk the first night and emphasized how important it was to us to know that our room is locked. I think the housekeeping staff does not realize this latching issue so it wasn’t latched closed when they finished. This is partially a maintenance issue - hopefully this is not a problem with all their doors. But nevertheless the staff should be advised that they need to ensure doors are locked when they are done. Despite many positives we will not be staying there in the future due to this issue."

"Check in was okay. The elevator didn’t work so we took the steps to our 3rd floor room. There bathroom door would only shut if you lifted it so it would latch. The sink drained very slowly, and the room smelled like urine when we woke up in the morning. We were told that a pipe broke. The beds were comfortable, the shower was refreshing, it was quiet, "
