Snow on the Tetons
Free Gondola ride during the summer. It'd be a nice hike up then free ride down. But I just opted for the free ride both ways to enjoy the happy hour after kayaking the Snake River with Rendezvous tours, which was awesome and I highly recommend.
Pricey at $37/pp, but we enjoyed a ride on the tram to the top of Jackson Hole Resort July 12, 2015. Have a waffle and a cocktail at the tavern and enjoy the view. Bring a jacket!

A wonderful place to stay. The rooms are amazing and luxurious, a delicious breakfast, all sorts of extra amenities and Amy and Eddie, the 'innkeepers', are a lovely couple. My second stay here and I'll stay here every time I'm in the Jackson area.

Us Highway 26, from the Idaho/Wyoming border to the town of Jackson Hole is a picturesque drive at any time. The Snake River winds it's way through the canyon, with stunning mountains views on both sides as you drive along. Campgrounds are found along the way, and in the early morning light (as seen here), you can get a quiet moment to stop and look for elk, moose and bear as they search a meal along the river banks. #goldenhour #colorful
