Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Unfortunately that was about all I enjoyed from my stay. No body wash in shower; got two conditioners instead, shower never got hot, internet/ wifi was out a couple of times affecting my work and lastly there was extensive renovations in the lobby which didn’t make spending time in the lounge any relaxing.

My room was so quiet it was like I was the only one on the floor. Felt very safe. Would definitely recommend this hotel. My only issue was the construction in the area made it confusing to get in the parking garage. Don’t trust your GPS for that part.

The place isn’t ready to have guests. Hilton is actually still building this hotel. I had no idea of this before I made arrangements. Parking was $11 extra a day, parking in a city parking lot next door. Staff was ok. But we asked for the room to be cleaned and it wasn’t. Hilton charges way too much for an incomplete hotel that cannot even provide the necessary cleaning service and still charges for parking. At this point I would think twice before staying at another Hilton hotel.

The bed slept nice. I didn't like the television because the station kept going blank internet was poor. This place need upgrades.

No parking. Coffee one day but not the next. Parking is not discounted or included and you have to pay for every on and out. Housekeeping made bed but did not restock washroom. Way too much money for what you get.

Overall, it was a great stay. Really comfortable bed! The Executive Lounge deal was little weird, but the cookies made up for it. Will stay again.

First day, bathroom sink was clogged and the hotel phone had a non-stop blinking red light -- I had to unplug the phone to stop it. Second day, I informed the front desk of the issues in the morning. When I returned at the end of the day, the issues had not been addressed and there had been no maid service. Third day, I again complained to the front desk and they said they would alert maintenance (I don't know whether or not they did so the first time). When I asked about maid service they informed me for the first time that maid service was available only upon request. So I made the request. Fortunately, I left the next day.

Very happy with our stay

We just stayed for one night to attend a musical performance nearby. The hotel is a very short walk from a number of restaurants and entertainment venues. The staff is helpful and friendly, the digital key that allows you to open the door with your phone is nice, and there's a convenient parking garage attached, though there is a separate charge for parking.

Nastiest Hotel on Earth

Backed up with dirty rooms, we needed to wait five hours for a room. Bathrooms dirty, walls dirty, carpet dirty just filt.

There was some confusion on check in. It seemed they couldn’t find our reservation. At 4:00pm we had to wait for a room to be cleaned. Then we were given a room already occupied. The bed was like sleeping on a bed of rocks.
