"The beds were made and they had clean towels. But they forgot to clean up the little things. Such as cleaning the coffee maker/removing the use coffee refill that another guest may be how to use an empty the water in the ice bucket. In other words, the staff were really good and very nice at the front desk."
"Restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner and no room service. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. There was a table but it only had 1 chair. "
"We were very happy with our 11th floor-1109 -room. From our balcony we could look right to City Hall,and left to the Art Museum. Weather on our 1st night made sitting on our balcony a pleasant place!

"The room I purchased was given to someone else. Once they decided to put us in another room, they gave us double bed when I purchased a king. The card for the parking didn’t work so had to go back again to fix that. Then the sports lounge has cockroaches on the floor that I also recorded to report. I would NEVER go here again. The staff was terrible and acted like we were bothering them to get into a room we paid for."
