"The room was too small. The “jacuzzi” too small just between me sitting. The bathroom was not clean. The people who work there don't even give you a smile and always with a really bad face. Breakfast is only bread, coffee and juices and you have to pay extra if you want eggs, bacon or something else"

"Our room was clean and very very spacious. And the bathroom was kept neat and tidy. Our room had a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee machine.

"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!

"The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. Not a great hotel if you want to sleep. First stay here had a room that was beside the police station. They tested the sirens on their cars at 6am both days of our stay. Gave the hotel a second chance. Requested a room on the other side of the hotel. Did not hear sirens but had a dog barking non-stop in the room beside us for hours. The staff kept saying they would look into it but did nothing. Was unable to sleep because of it."

"A nice basic hotel by the airport. We saw lots of cleaning staff and workers working around the hotel while we were there for two nights. Some updating is needed but looks like they are working on this and maintaining the property.
Shuttle service to the airport was excellent and with the Union Person line at the airport it was simple getting downtown to the Rogers Centre or Scotiabank place. An uber was recommended to get to Rogers Stadium for the concert and this worked out well.
