"Room was clean, facilities were nice but not much to them. No gym or pool, just ping pong. The breakfast was not good. We stayed for a week and the cleaning staff never refreshed the room. We had to bring our trash out to the communal trash can down the hall."

However because I didn’t arrive the day/night before they cancelled my reservation and I was forced to find another hotel. Hotels.com or extended stay owes me my money back. How is this possible.
