Great value for our stay.

Clean, free cold breakfast, indoor swimming pool was closed, but made arrangements with Best Western Plus for us to use their pool. Suited our needs just fine. Stayed 4 nights.

Williston, ND

The room was great especially for the $$ I’m living on an extremely tight budget. The GM is so much like I’am. Lives her job and doesn’t mind putting in the extra hours to make sure things that need fixed are being fixed. Everything will be completely back to normal ASAP.

we enjoy staying at the Super 8 The hot tub rooms are perfect. stairs suck and the place was dirtier then it has ever been in the hallways and stairway. but we will still stay there, people are great.

Good price , nice comfy room , friendly staff

When we first got here we weren't to sure. But once I checked in at front desk and got our room, and settled in we felt better. The gentleman at front desk was so nice, and helpful. Had a little issue with heater. But as soon as I mentioned it to Maria at the front desk she put us in a different room right away. But other then that had no problems at all. Thank you

My stay here at Super 8 is outstanding. We have been staying here for some odd weeks for work . We work 1 1/2 hours away . We would rather drive 1 1/2 hours 5 days a week then to change hotels . All thanks to Maria , Steve , Yatzy , and there is one other gentleman I can't remember his name . They all are friendly,helpful , respectful, and real good customer service. We travel a lot for work so we stay at a lot of hotels and I will say by far that the employees here at Super 8 I give them 5 stars . They always make us feel welcome . Thank you Super 8

Booked because of the price. Clean bed. Happy for that. The photos have a pool and breakfast. Both were non existent. Pool has been closed for ever according to staff. No plan to open. First few photos were the pool. False advertising. For the price I did not need the extras but sad when looking forward to a swim.

The check-in employee was friendly and prompt - the only good thing. Once I brought my wife inside however, she refused to stay. It was dirty, noisy, a key-entry door was broken allowing anyone to enter at any time of the day. The parking lot had a lot of people hanging around/loitering. We did not feel safe. We did not stay. I returned the key within 5 minutes.

The Staff was Great,very helpful and friendly and made our stay nice..... The hotel itself was horrible, not the staffs fault and our remotes didn't work, key cards were tricky, no pool, very limited breakfast that was embarrassing... Again this was it the staffs fault,they only get to and have so much to work with.. Don't bring your kids here,only bring them if you need a quick rest and early leAve time...I seen drug deals outside, People high and drunk all around..Be careful...Again the staff was amazing and did everything they could to make our stay the best it could be with everything going on...5* for the staff, 1* for Super 8

Staff 5 star they were great building in poor shape halls dirty ceiling fan in bathroom hangin out of wall could see outside through air conditioner room was basement level so yeah….. and I cut my stay early and lost out on money due to drug activity in room next to me i thought my room was having an electrical fire situation and it was person next to me doing and or making drugs idk I just know I was uncomfortable after that and forfeited my already paid for stay because of the unsafe feeling . Once again STAFF WAS AMAZING AND VERY NICE THEY DESERVE 5 stars the hotel itself is a definite NO. It needs serious remodeling and can’t expect too much from ppl staying there that’s not the hotels fault but was definitely uncomfortable

I only gave it a 2 because the staff was nice and tried to be accommodating. The pool wasn't working and they didn't have hot breakfast as advertised online. The whole hotel smelled bad, our room smelled like pot from time to time as well. The carpets were dirty, not only looked dirty but crumbs/dirty all over. There was also burnt marks on the carpet. Lots of stains on the linens as well. They were replacing TVs which is cool, however half of the ceiling tiles were nasty, falling apart, discolored etc.... I would never stay here again. Even for the cheap price. I'd rather sleep in my car. Again... the staff was nice and provided us extra towels and some air freshener... but I would NOT recommend this hotel for anyone.

This place was dirty. There was left over garbage in the room. The carpets were lifting from the walls. The locks were broke. Genuinely was afraid for my family. There were ants in the bathroom. The shower was actually clean but the shower ceiling looked like it was going to fall down. The halls were so dirty. There were stains on the top blanket. I had to wash everything when we switched hotels. It was also very very noisy. I feared for my safety at this hotel and I do not recommend going to this hotel. Can’t comment on the pool. I stayed there for a few hours and left. Packed my family and left. I give it to the staff for being friendly and smiling the entire time when I checked in and checked out but never will I stay here again. Sad I wasted money on this.
