"Booked and paid for 7 nights in advance. Arrived with no room was available due to their major facility plumbing issue and had to check into a two-twin bed room instead of one king bed as booked.
The facility was very old, dirty with bad odor. One of the worst sort of the bad odor was their dark color toilet mat. This very dirty toilet mat would had never been cleaned nor replaced for months.
Tried of this very inconvenience and decided to give up and moved to a different hotel instead....
"The hotel is beautiful, they keep the rooms and common areas impecable! The personnel very nice, breakfast was served and tasty. There was like 2 instances were it was odd, like before the first night, about to leave "

The even more disturbing news was both of the Sheik Istana Hotel and Hotel.com were putting a lot of effort not to refund the remaining unused nights.
This was very unacceptable and definitely had to sort it out at BBB, FTC and CFPB.
