"We stayed in 2017 when we didnt have a room booked. Mac was able to accommodate my family and we greatly appreciated it. Then, in 2025, we arrived for our booked night to find Mac and his tale-telling grandson, Cairo, to check us in. So glad to see him here and we again appreciated the room, the view, the included breakfast, the comfortable nights sleep, and as always, the service. I highly recommend staying here for at least an evening, if not for the wonderful sservice then at least the view!"
"Charming inn in Baddeck. Beautiful slopping view down to lake across the road. Hotel and restaurant staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. King room was spacious, and being from Florida loved the in room fireplace. Tub was good size. I am a bigger guy, at #260. But fit into tub for a nice soak. Highly recommend the Alexander gram bell museum. The gondola ride was worth the hour drive. But prepare mentally for the 10 minute stretch up the mountain side literally along a cliff edge. ...
