Beautiful view, services not what you expect
Beautiful views from the balcony! The place is a great concept, wish it were a little cleaner, we had to wear our shoes inside or we would have black feet in minutes from the dirty floor. And there was hair in the tub drain. It was nice to have laundry in room. The balcony door needs two people to slide open but once you’re out there, it’s a million dollar view! The person from icare never contacted us a single time, and I had to reach out for check out instructions at 7:30pm the night before our flight because no one had contacted us at all. Luckily we didn’t need anything during our stay and were self sufficient but it was sad seeing that the service was great in the guest book by multiple guests, but we received no service besides charter from the airport, and luggage delivery to airport after we were told to take our buggy and ourselves to the airport. We had a wonderful time and these shortcomings didn’t ruin our trip, however it would have been nicer if these things didn’t exist!

Nice area but over due for a good scrub.
The apartment had cupboards with no longer in use old appliances. Unclean bench tops etc. location was excellent but the "condition" was not we would have expected.

Wonderful location, very good equipment, concentrated tourism next to the harbour - only a few steps away, you'll find lonely beaches and well maintained walking trails.

We enjoyed our stay at the Poinciana. We especially loved the patio area and views over the water. The private pool area was beautiful and peacefully most of the time. The room was comfortable and clean although there was a bit of a musty smell. Overall we were very happy and would recommend to stay here.

Lovely view and location. Perfect size for a family of four with everything we needed. Having the buggy was awesome, and airport transfers as well as late check out made it all really easy.

Great accom
Wonderful communication from start to finish.. More towels are required if anyone wishes to stay ask for more than the allocated people especially if staying as a family. Beautiful view, great location and clean apartment that needs only a tiny bit of attention.

The location and views were fantastic, staff were friendly and helpful, the room was ok but somewhat dated, the entry area was not really inviting, storage cupboards were poorly fitted, the timber floors inside and outside needed repairs or replacement. Kitchen had been updated with decent appliances, dishes ok, sliding door to balcony needed adjustments hard to use, no functioning lock. Additionally be aware Hamilton Island has limited service facilities in restaurants and tours so ESSENTIAL to book in advance all dinners and tours to ensure you will be able to dine and explore the area. Overall fantastic time and place.

The beach lodge at Hamilton island was perfect in every way. Close to everything. Beautiful apartment equipped with all you need fir an enjoyable stay. And the view over catseye beach is stunning . Plus the bonus of having a buggy included to get around the island is fantastic. Would definitely recommend staying here & would book it again

beyond expectations
Were met on arrival by very welcoming staff and had an early check in so able to fully enjoy our first day. Buggy provided as part of booking so visited many spots on Island. Room in excellent condition with pool close by. On departure had late check out and escorted to departure ferry. Everything went like clockwork and thoroughly enjoyed time

Amazing ensuite great location great view. Comfortable experience from before the ferry had docked, during and right up until we stepped foot on our return ferry to depart.

Very good family vacation
Great location, ocean view, lovely buggy provided, comfort and spacious living area, amenities provided and beach towels provided. Inside wardrobes in the large bedroom was massy.

Comfortable stay with good location
Roomy, good location, comfortable. Bathroom floor was dirty, shower curtain was dirty, some dirty dishes. Problems with dryer were promptly fixed.

The view is fantastic and the unit had a buggy included. Otherwise, the room needs a lot of work and the large window looking into the bathroom is very awkward. Furthermore, you're basically on your own and should bring full toiletries since the one tiny bottle of shampoo/conditioner/body wash are used up after the 2nd day. Lastly, the plates & silverware are all mismatched and/or rusted. Surely not "luxury" as the property likes to dub itself. Basically, you get what you pay for and this is one of the lower cost options on the island that is otherwise an expensive place to book a room.

Relaxing holiday
The apartment was ideally located between the marina and the beach. The views were amazing and overall it was a pleasant stay. Having said this, the dishwasher was not working and neither was the washing machine which is necessary when staying for 5 nights.

A couple of negatives were that the back doors didn't lock/open with the keys and there is no wi-fi. Other than that, the apartment was fantastic - great location, close to the pool and beach, complimentary buggy and extremely clean with everything you could need internally. And importantly - comfortable beds!

Great views
Overall the apartment is comfortable for 2 people and has great views. The barbecue didn't work due to a faulty powerpoint on the balcony. The freezer in the fridge was iced up so nothing could be kept frozen. I think the seal on the fridge needs replacing. The towel railing in the bathroom falls out of there fitting easily. There are no cutting boards in the kitchen.

Problems reaching our Travel Coordinator
The property was clean and really comfortable... the location is great and it has magnificent views. We had an issue with our buggy and although we tried several times to contact our trip coordinator, we didn't have much success... Only the last day we had someone to look at the buggy, in the meantime we had to rent a buggy for hire to manage our mobility needs. Easy to improve, I would recommend the place!!! Raul.

Location was great and the young man who picked us up at the airport was so nice and helpful. The condo was clean but the bed was flat and hard. I also wish there would have been a door to the bathroom and dressing room. The view was beautiful. You definitely pay for location not necessarily the accommodation. The condo was well equipped with kitchen supplies.

Bra läge men gammal standard.
Service i princip obefintlig. Bra faciliteter på hotell i närheten. Rummen säker 15-20 år gamla, målade om hotellet men bättre om de renoverat lägenheterna. Lås, dörrar, dammsugare fungerade inte till normal standard. Tog 2 dgr att få ny dammsugare som var sönder vid ankomst och väldigt nonchalant vaktmästare. Priset står inte i proportion till vad man får och bilder i annons vilseledande. Det är tydligen 3 hotell i samverkan men det gavs i princip ingen information av de som hämtade oss om detta (hämtade oss 25 minuter för sent) utan det fick vi själv ta reda på. Ön för övrigt var fantastisk men med en hög prisbild.

酒店很棒，离各处都近。
是公寓式酒店。平时只有收垃圾。洗衣做饭非常方便，用品应有尽有！窗外景色优美。岛上超市小贵。只给了一部电动车，只能坐四个人。
