"We stayed at the BW State Fair Inn in Sedalia after my first day on a through ride on the Katy Trail.
The hotel was an old style "doors-on-the-outside" hotel circa the 1970s and no elevator to the second floor. However, the experience there was very good. The staff was very efficient and friendly upon check in. The rooms were spotless, the water hot and the beds very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast the next day was excellent. Real, organic scrambled eggs rather than the powdered eggs...
