Dear Leah Thank you for your comment and I am disappointed to read the comments above about our hotel. We do however take pride in our hotel and are currently improving different areas while also working the busy season. We are aware of the above issues and are in the process of having these changed. In regards to your booking of dinner, I am sorry that you were misinformed upon check-in, and we have since then changed our processes upon check-in and encourage all our guests to book.
