The room was really the bare minimum, but clean. It was spacious. When we arrived the TV didnt have a remote, the lamp next to the bed didnt work, and the wall had signs of damp. The staff replaced the TV with a smaller one, but it had a remote and worked. There is no frills in this place. The bar area is temprarily closed. Its seafacing, has a lift and has parking for your car.

Basic but Fine

Very basic hotel, tired on the outside but clean and up together on the inside. Breakfast was very basic but sufficient

Basic stay

Check in went well. Breakfadt was a decent size and good variety on offer. However things took a turn for the worst when the shower didnt drain, had to get our mid shower for staff to pour drain cleaner down. Returned to shower and it filled even more leaving me trapped in the shower as was unable to opem shower doors due to over flooding. Staff only offereed to go up 2 more levels to shower however this was inconvenient due to being mid shower. Unable to raise wjth staff again on departure as no one was to be seen.

Old property desperately in need of major renovations and upgrades. Lots of mould in the shower area, although everything was clean. Unfortunately I had shocking neighbours who argued, fought and swore at each other all night. The thin walk between our rooms meant I could hear every word and violent action. They left early in the morning before the staff were up. Not the hotel’s fault but it just added to the negative experience.

This hotel is not yhe best at all. It was not clean Needs a complete revamp. Equipment not working, tv or showers. Beds are not particularly comfy. I know they do not who is booked however when a couple was arguing, banding, as it felt they where coming through the ceilling, shout and being an absolute nightmare all night its not fair on the other people that are stopping there thst are trying to relax and relax. Unfortunately there was no one around to intervene, for distubance of the peace, they did leave at about 7am. This really is not acceptable at all. I personally would not be returning. The staff where friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice

Absolutely shocking

Well where do i start i dont normally give reviews but this one is a exception, the manager wasnt the happyiest of chaps quite miserable in fact, the place felt really out dated n old as if it was only put up for money no care in what they have done, the room was not any better either hair in shower then a tick or bug on the pillow which i have pics n video of but not letting me upload was absolutely disgusted so we left a day early. Will definitely not be staying there again at all, they really need to over haul that place to be a successful one.

Never again

On arriving no one to check in girl was sat on her phone with legs up watching some sort of loud music, then proceeded to discuss my booking, waving keys around with another guys, in a different language, so no idea what was being said but not exactly welcoming. Room I was in with filthy to the point that I went and asked for a different room, urine in the toilet, light switch black shower curtain grotesque spare pillow stained ( I’d like to also point out I’ve never ever complained about a hotel in 42 years) they did move me rooms, although no apology given, made to feel awkward, in going to get my stuff from the first room there was a man in there who said it wasn’t urine it was chemicals ( it absolutely wasn’t ) and seemed really annoyed that I dared complain. New room was better but still not worth the £85 charged, bed really uncomfortable, shower leaking from hose so much none came from the shower head. Shower also didn’t drain so because of how much water leaking had to stop to prevent flooding the bathroom, I was woken by two people f*ing at the top of the voices, felt scared and unsafe, glad my partner was there, who despite me saying he would be arriving a bit later, was pretty much shouted at when he arrived to say he couldn’t stay in a single room with another person ( we had booked and paid for a double). Hands down revolting!!!!!

Where to start well I was woken up at 1oclock by another resident shouting because there was someone else in there room as they had the master key for every room in this hotel. When the staff came up at about 2oclock to see what was going on they couldn’t explain how the other resident had the master key and it ended up with the police being called. The person also opened my door to show the staff that the other guy had the master key. There are no cameras in the hallways just one down stairs the main door is supported to be locked at 6 but was still open at 11 o’clock this place is a joke never again will I stay here and would advise others not to bother either

Great staff, man that booked us in was very helpful, he seemed to be doing lots of jobs like cooking and serving breakfast which was very nice.

Do not go

Hotel bar was closed nothing mentioned on the Internet TV in the room only had two channels working The shower needs servicing because it’s leaking from the hose from the actual shower unit to the head so if you’re a good dancer, you managed to get a good shower Room door didn’t lock properly Nobody on reception When you’re on the Internet, it said there was only five rooms available that’s probably cause it could only be bothered to get five rooms ready

Our Stay in Weston.

Our Stay in Weston at Hotel was ok.their was 2 Things that i didnt like i think it Needs to be a Bit updated and Modernise and the lift to our room which was on the Top Floor was a Bit Wobbly.i did like though the Comfort of the Bed.

I I’m disgusted with this Hotel and your service as when we got to the hotel there was no parking which they said there would be the room wasn’t ready and when we did get in the room they were dirty with mould and smell. The electrics were on the floor very dangerous and all the showers, leak all over the floor due to the plumbing leaking so I’m very unhappy. I didn’t even stay in the room. We stayed in our vehicle.

Good location, very short walk to town and beach. The hotel is badly managed and no attention has been taken to improve the facilities. Only one person there has an idea on what is required, and that is not the management.

Short stay

We stayed for one night in a pleasant room. Lovely hot water in basic bathroom. Polite staff. No vegetarian sausages or similar. Only white toast

Paid too much

Room was too small for what we paid. Breakfast was good but we couldn’t bring our dog in with us, and as we had to pay an extra £20 for her I would of liked somewhere to go with her so we could eat together, definitely not worth the money but would stay again only at a much reduced rate.

Not worth the money.

Front door was locked when trying to check in, 3 mobile numbers given, one not working, the others no answer. When I did get in I was given a triple room on the top floor, right next to a noisy loft shaft. The room was a sweat box with no fan available. The beds and sofa in the room were so comfortable, paint was flaking from the walls and all the surfaces covered in a layer of dust.
