"Dead bugs all over the floor and air conditioner. Floor was filthy and flying gnats on the lamp shades. The check in guy was rude, couldn’t find my reservation because I noted a late checkin for the following morning in my reservation. He said I was a no show. After informing the front desk of the bugs she just apologized but didn’t offer any opportunity to fix the situation. I checked out after 4hrs on a two day reservation. I then get a email to check out the day after I left. I checked out at the front desk, why are they asking me when I plan on checking out? They charge $45 for parking fyi"

"The breakfast was quite simple, except for the rice and miso soup. Our initial room wasn't the mountain-view room we expected; however, after requesting a change, we were moved to a more spacious room with a better view for the rest of our stay."
