So sorry to hear your stay wasn't top notch. In the future please specify on your reservation that you need main floor or call the hotel so we can make sure you get main. As for the smell, I am sorry - we do our best to air out the rooms. As for the bedding, we do have some rooms that have the different spreads but there are not very many. We hope that you will come again and stay with us.

So sorry about the pool. It was posted on all websites and social media about the pool. When you book on line we are not able to tell you about it before hand. So glad that the desk staff was able to fix the toilet for you. Sorry that the Kleenex slot was empty - I do hope that you asked for a box at the front desk.
