I had a nonsmoking room, every day when I went into my room it smelt like a smoke room. Also, right in front of the TV was a Urine smell. there was nothing close to this to get something to eat after 700pm. the gas station in front which had a Subway in it was always closed when I got back to the room.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. Did you inform the front desk of any of these complaints? If your room was not up to your standard why not report it to the hotel directly? Also we can not control where or when other establishments are located or their oporational times are. We can work on things that are problomatic for the property at the hotel if we are informed. Please contact the hotel directly if any issues or problems occur.
While it is a bit dated, the room was very clean and the mattress comfortable. The first night was noisy (barking dog down the hall) but the second night was better.
Beds were terrible. Squeaky and sloppy mattresses. One could feel mattress springs. Other services were not bad. Road noise is another issue with the location.
They need to improve the quality of bedding.

The room was super clean! The staff were friendly and helpful. They offered a nice selection of breakfast muffins, fresh fruit and a pancake maker. I HIGHLY recommend staying here!
Charged us 100$ for one night of bringing two cats for a <60$ stay. Absolutely drastic customer service took us about 20 minutes to check in as well as the charge and gave us the wrong room before correcting it with non working room keys.

Sir sorry to read that this situation occured but you were not charged. Your CC declined the payment. In the future please ensure that you read the hotel policy before booking especially when you are traveling with pets.
Was very shocked how they were very out dated an the amenities was very cheap, an they make you pay for paper cups, you only get 2 but if u want more you have to pay for them . That's crazy

We stayed for two nights in a very uncomfortable and dull room. The bathroom sink was not draining water, needed to call for repair. Bedding was very depressing looking and the mattress...I have no words. I can't say it was dirty but that was the only ok thing.
