"Nice hotel , but certain staff members need a chase up , miserable ignorant bar staff and maybe a bit of common courtesy of being able to book in by changing the language setting on the silly tablets from German and also the food menus etc etc , Sorry but this hole sadly let us down in many ways ..."

"I stayed a week and at first was a little shocked when I arrived since it was not your traditional hotel. Except for the cleaning staff, there is no physical person on sight.
