Tadel: Keine Minibar !! Restaurant erst ab 18:30 Uhr offen !! Man kann kein Erfrischungsgetränk nach Ankunft erhalten, da Restaurant geschlossen !! Sonntags ist es nicht möglich, weder dort zu Essen, noch ein Getränk zu erhalten oder zu sich zu nehmen, da Restaurant ganztägig geschlossen. Zimmerschlüssel passen nicht in alle relevanten Türen, so wie angekündigt. Badewanne/Dusche etwas schwierig und auch gewöhnungsbedürftig. Auch für uns als Hotelgäste war es am Ankunftstag nicht möglich am Abend im Restaurant zu essen, weil alle Plätze im Restaurant "belegt" waren. Wir mußten dann außerhalb Essen gehen. Lob: Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommendes Personal, wenn jemand da ist, oder Restaurant offen ist. Hervorragendes Frühstück, wirklich perfekt am Tisch serviert, auch hier sehr freundliche, sehr höfliche und zuvorkommende Menschen, ich spreche hier bewußt von Menschen und nicht Dienern. Außerhalb der Restaurantzeiten löst der Gast am besten alles selbst, ansonsten haben Sie ein Problem, denn es gibt niemanden tagsüber, der Ansprechpartner sein will, so ist es jedenfalls uns ergangengen. Trotz aller Widrigkeiten könnten wir uns vorstellen nochmals dorthin zu gehen, weil wir jetzt wissen, wie der Ablauf ist. Die Menschen (Peronal) sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und können für den Ablauf überhaupt nichts. Wir haben uns eben "eingerichtet" und haben trotzdem einen kleinen positiven Eindruck mitgenommen.

Plutôt que de séjourner dans les chaines hôtelières habituelles, j'ai tenté ma chance à 3 Linden e j'ai été reçu comme un prince. De plus l’hôtesse parle bien Français, ce qui ajoute au charme de l'hotel e la cuisine est excellente. Souper comme petit déjeuner copieux. La chambre a out ce qu'il faut et la literie est très bonne. Je reviendrai à chaque fois maintenant quand je serai dans les environs de Hagen ou Dortmund.

Es kam gar nicht zu einem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Bei meiner Ankunft wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass kein Zimmer mehr frei ist. Man hätte schließlich vor über einer Woche abgesagt. Lügner! Ich hatte erst am Vortag gebucht. Eine Frechheit! Auch die Hilfe bei der Suche nach Ersatz war sehr sparsam. 2 Anrufe, nichts frei, da kann man nichts machen. Der Service war unterirdisch. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.
