The air conditioning was brilliant and very much appreciated. I always find hotel rooms too hot, but my room this time was very cool, in a heatwave. I would have appreciated a bottle of water in the room, but otherwise everything was perfect.

It's rare these days to find a hotel that's even better than it says on the tin. The pictures are NOT colour photo shopped...the rooms have NOT been shot in panoramic and it is a real castle with led lit driveway at night and lovely grounds to walk or play with kids (there is also a small petting zoo).
A fab romantic getaway for couples or families with kids ...with amazing bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate sitting room-we were given a choice of two rooms.

Lovely hotel, very quiet location. Comfy bed, huge bathroom combined with a small kitchen. Not keen on a motion sensor on the bathroom light as the fan came on too. OK in the evening but getting up to use the bathroom at night meant the fan and light were on for about 20 mins.
