It’s in an area surrounded by lots of businesses. I didn’t like that the bathroom fan comes on automatically when you walk in.

I love that the location is convenient but for being a newer hotel it’s just not that great. There were white marks on the bathroom wall (I dont want to know), the hallway floor had spots where it felt like it was caving in, and the breakfast was terrible. I found droppings from some critter in my bathroom and they offered me a new room. What I really wanted to do what go to a different hotel. I won’t be staying here again even though it’s the most convenient for me. I’d rather drive an extra 30 minutes to be at a nicer place.

Rude staff- too expensive for what you get
The deposit was very expensive. The staff was hard to communicate with and spoke little English. The hotel was very loud all night with lots of noise and doors slamming. The breakfast was nice. I was woken up so many times I didn’t feel I was able to rest. I was told I could have a late check out at noon and house keeping knocked on my door and woke me up at 11am. So I checked out.

Very nice hotel and staff. Beds were very comfortable! Didn't use very many amenities that were offered but their breakfast was great as well as the fancy coffee maker in the lobby.

This would have been a much higher rating except our room was next to the US 131 freeway, which was noisy around the clock.

Wondersray Stay at Best Western
Very easy to check in. Staff very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable except for pillows. They were lumpy and not comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Food was hot and lots of choices. Overall my day I would rate on scale 1-5, 5 being best - I would rate 5+
