There was a pull out coach in the room but no sheets, pillows/pillowcases, or blanket available in the room. We got there very late and didn’t want to bother the only visible front desk staff. It would have been best if they were in the room.

Quick weekend trip

The rooms are nice sized. There was milder in the shower and a makeup stain on the sheets on one of the beds, the hot tub wasnt working unfortunately, but overall it was a good stay. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is good.

Definitely the nicest place in Waycross Georgia. Its been recently remodeled so everything is noce and clean and they give a pretty good continental hot food breakfast. No complaints at all and will be staying there again.

My stay was not the best but also not that bad.

They advertised having a gym. The treadmill didn't have a plug, and the bike and elliptical were broken. The pool stated employees only. The elevator was filthy. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was friendly. My room was clean and comfortable.

Was really disappointed. Went there especially for pool. But was not told before hand it was closed. Hall and elevator smelled. Was no wash clothes the night we arrived. Clerk was not friendly at all. I won’t be back.

We stay there 6 or 7 times a year to visit family. We have a small dog and request a first floor room and call to make sure they have the message. The woman at the desk had a poor attitude when i brought this to her attention and decided to make sure we were on the 4th floor when the hotel was dead. Plus the side doors dont work and no coffee with the breakfast. No soap and 1 towel in the bathroom. Place is going real bad real fast.

The hotel is noce and i stay there about 4 or 5 times a year and seems check in is always an issue. I request pet froendly and its never ready. They have to scramble to move rooms around. This is after i call to tell them. How long is the pool going to be temporally xlosed. Its been like that for over 2 years now.

We were assigned a room on the 1st floor. It was extremely noisy especially when the breakfast crew was bringing in food for the continental breakfast. The first floor was tiled and magnified the staff voices when they came on duty around 6am. Our toilet ran constantly due to a faulty fill valve. We had to keep the bathroom door closed in order to sleep. My advice to the hotel is to close all rooms on first floor, and start the room assignments on the 2nd floor.

NEVER AGAIN

Several items no longer in rooms(tissue,clock etc) The worst Free breakfast. Very few choice of itema. Was tolld no eggs because the truck did not show up yet. The person preparing food alternated between food area and mopping lobby. No coffee in dining area, had to go to lobby to get coffee (which was not HOT) No Hot water i(only warm) in rooms. I WILL NEVER STAY THEIR AGAIN)

The bathtub was broken. The faucet just spun around, no water. Wasn’t able to shower. And the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain well either. The front desk clerk said she would send me something by email to see about a refund but did not.
