No elevator, impossible to enjoy a room in second floor with a baby walking up lots of steps with a stroller without an elevator. Extremely noisy. Clean place, staff was friendly and helpful but the building needs lots of renovation. Parking lot was extremely full and had to park very far. Not a very good choice.

Very friendly check in staff. It was raining and our first room had a leaky ceiling, raining on the bed. Quickly given a new room. The tub was not draining well, forcing a quick shower. The breakfast was limited in choice, not very good and you have to eat it there, cannot bring food/coffee from breakfast to your room. Parking is ok, but tight. The room itself was cute and quiet. Comfortable for sleeping.

There was a Spanish club in the hotel and they were extremely loud till 2:00 am and the proceeded to have people being loud in the hallways until 5 am very loud but clean

The pool wasn't in working order and the refrigerator didn't work but everything else was good.

It was just ok - could hear upstairs footsteps all night so soundproofing isn't really working. The hallway to our non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke.

There was noisy in corridor some one arguing with his girl at 3 am which they weak me up and i couldn't sleep again And the breakfast was only limited food egg and sliced bread

I wish there were better chairs and table in the rooms suitability to do study while in one's room. However, the good reception covered that which I lost for not a good study area and furniture. Notwithstanding, thank you.

The staff was simply wonderful! We loved our room, and the breakfast was delicious. The room is spacious, immaculate, and comfortable. Every day we used the shuttle from the hotel to the metro! We plan to stay there the next time we come.

Wonderful place to stay. Dining Room was very nice, and the food was good. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were awesome and very clean. Beds were comfortable.

No elevators and we had 1 person with a twisted ankle and one wheelchair bound. That was not very pleasant.
