The canopy was very good value for money vs other hotels in the area. Great location and the rooms were really spacious ! Everyone at the hotel were super helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone going to dc.

It was my first time staying at this location, the location is great, we were able to park the car for the night and walk around, close to many shops and restaurants. Friendly staff and very well kept were also a plus factor.

You know a hotel is going to be great by how good it smells when you walk in! It’s the attention to detail that sets the Canopy apart from other stays. We appreciated the staff and beautifully decorated lobby and comfortable room. Thanks for a great stay.

The location is okay. Walking distance to the WH, the Mall, all those usual DC attractions. There are a bunch of places to eat if you walk over to DuPont or up 17th St. Embassy Row can be a sterile area, so plan on either walking, ubering, or using one of those electric e-bikes to get to where you want to go. Hotel also has a decent restaurant. Standard king room was just right.

Perfect location! The staff went above and beyond after we had experienced a bad situation at another hotel! I’m so glad I was able to book with Canopy. It completely changed the trip for the better!! Teshale from the restaurant was especially kind and helpful.

Staff upgraded our room because we had a pet, and the room they gave us was practically a suite for the price on a typical two bedroom. All staff and front desk people were INCREDIBLY helpful, and also let us check our luggage for a few hours on the day of our check out. The food in the restaurant was also elite, and host gave us a coupon that made the entire meal free. The hotel also is very close and in walking distance to pretty much all the famous attractions in DC except the jefferson memorial. Just an awesome stay, and i will be sure to stay here again if I am ever in D.C.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, offering excellent access to attractive tourist sites. The service and reception staff are very friendly. This was a wonderful place for our family to stay. The premium room with a queen and king bed gave plenty of space. The shower was great! All of the staff were extremely friendly. The only downside was that only one of the three elevators were working.Luckily we were in the third floor so steps weren’t too bad if we didn’t want to wait.
