Inkompetentes Rezeption personal

Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, die Dusche hat Schimmel in den Fugen und ist ungepflegt. Das Personal was das Frühstück macht, ein Heer, ist sehr kompetent freundlich und zuvorkommend die Auswahl des Frühstücks ist auch o. k. Frühschicht an der Rezeption eine etwas ältere Dame kann keine Fragen beantworten und Lies mich nicht ausreden bzw. meine Frage stellen. Sehr unfreundliche schnelle Abfertigung beim check out. Mir wurde auch gesagt, dass zur Messezeit das Zimmer was gerade mal 50 € wert ist und 69 € kostet bis zu 450€ kosten kann, einfach unverschämt. Lieber schlafe ich auf der Straße bevor ich sowas unterstütze. Das ist Wucher und ausnutzen vom feinsten. Die Parkmöglichkeit ist eine Katastrophe. Für Kleinwägen absolut o. k. Große Limousinen nicht möglich !!! Es gibt im Umkreis jede Menge hervorragende zuvorkommende Hotels, die nicht die Preisschraube so hoch drehen zur Messezeit.

Leuk hotel, maar er geen gebruik van kunnen maken

Het hotel was bij aankomst (12:15) gewoon botweg gesloten. Niemand te vinden. Gebeld, ik kon de telefoon binnen horen rinkelen, maar niemand deed open. Gebeld met Expedia, doorgeschakeld naar een Engelse dame. Ze zei blijf even 2 minuten aan de lijn. Echter toen ik na 23minuten nog steeds in de wacht stond heb ik de moed opgegeven en een ander hotel gezocht.

In viaggio di lavoro nella regione ho prenotato per la prima volta questo hotel, rinnovato recentemente. Una buona esperienza. Personale cortese (mi hanno aspettato fino alle 23:45, pratica non comune in Germania). Solita colazione a buffet alla tedesca. Parking Gratuiti. Ottimo WI-FI

Gemütliches Hotel mit gutem Service

Wir benötigten ein Hotel für die Übernachtung nach einer Hochzeit. Das Hotelteam war sehr freundlich und ermöglichte uns das Einchecken zu einem frühen Zeitpunkt. Super-schnelle Kommunikation per Email. Freundlicher Weise erhielten wir dann noch einen kostenlosen Upgrade von einem 4er-Zimmer zu zwei verbundenen Doppelzimmern. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Personal beim Einchecken sehr unfreundlich, geht gar nicht. Zimmer geräumig und sauber, Personal beim Frühstück sagt nicht einmal Guten morgen, sondern nur pampig, was möchten sie trinken? Beim Frühstück keinerlei warme Speisen, auf Nachfrage ob man Spiegeleier o.Ä. haben könnte, hieß es nur, der Ofen sei kaputt, ich persönlich denke, das wird immer gesagt. Schade nur, nicht den vollen Leistungsumfang bieten, aber alles trotzdem mit dem vollen Preis abkassieren. Für mich wars das

War beruflich in Göppingen. Relativ ruhig gelegenes kleines Hotel mit Charme. War insgesamt sehr zufrieden, tolles Frühstück, sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal. EInzig negativ war die Dusche. Das Wasser war kochend heis, erst nach 5 Minuten wurde es erträglich. Vllt nur Pech, aber nervig.

Great hotel for the price, but spotty wifi

I've stayed here a few times and the service has always been great. The breakfast is nice and they have a good selection. My only complaint is with the wifi. It was super spotty and would go in and out of connectivity, which was problematic for my business meetings. I stayed in a different room last time and it was a bit better, so it's likely dependent on the specific room you are staying in. If they improved this I'd stay here every time I visit the Goppingen area.

Hög ljudnivå från gatan!

Rummet låg mot huvudgatan och det gick bara att sova med stängt fönster och öronproppar. Men med temperaturen i Tyskland blev de nästan olidlig varmt i rummet. Inte att rekommendera för semester, kanske OK för jobbövernattningar.

40 min away from Stuttgart ... Good location, friendly staff, their burger was tasty ;) ... Breakfast good too. Think the owner has a dog and he was the cutest too haha

Schönes Hotel, tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Hotel liegt zwar auf der Hauptverkehrsstraße, dennoch sehr ruhig. Der Ort selbst ist nicht spektakulär, das Umland ist von hier aus jedoch gut zu erreichen. EZ waren von der Größe o.k. Zimmer mit Balkon, Kissen etwas weich. Frühstück SUPER! alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Abends im Restaurant sehr lecker gegessen. Kommen gerne wieder!

Das Badezimmer (im besonderen Platz in der Dusche und auf dem WC) absolut ungenügend. Das angebotenen WLAN war eine Zumutung und absolut nicht zeitgemäß. Frühstück (Buffet) war Super, kann aber für 10 Euro auch verlangen. Sehr freundliches Personal.
