"This cute studio was just as the picture shows. I loved the option of a ceiling fan or the AC, Explanations of how to use was very clear. Very quiet, with beautiful well maintained landscape. I felt safe being in the gated community. I used the pool and hot tub a few times. A restaurant was very close by. My stay was excellent. Waikoloa Village had many shops and restaurants to explore."

"This property location was excellent and very well maintained. Walk to shops (2 different malls) for AM coffee, dinner reservations, groceries and some clothing and art/ jewelry shopping too. Could walk to petroglyphs hike and to the local beach. Nearby to huge resort with oceanfront dining and Dolphin shows. Close to Kona airport and major arteries to other areas on the island. Peaceful, relaxing, beautiful! Loved our stay here. Only thing I'd like changed is the pool and jacuzzi hours- strict...

"Nice location but we had to endure 2 days of construction noise from the unit below and had to hang out somewhere else for the 2 days. The owner should be fully aware of upcoming construction because all renovation works needs to be approved and scheduled according to HOA bylaws, but it appears they booked our stay regardless of the knowledge of the renovation work just to make money. At the minimum they should have reimbursed us for the 2 days we couldn't enjoy the unit. "

"The property was very clean, had beach towels, toys, and chairs which was really nice. My 10-year-old son also enjoyed looking for golf balls out of the backyard. It kept him entertained for a few hours."
