"The hotel was great. We only had one major issue. The door to the room was warped. You had to slam it to close it, which I’m sure disturbed other guests. I could barely open it to get into the room using my body to push in it and one time I was in the room alone supposed to meet my husband for breakfast after he went to the gym and I could not pull hard enough to open the door to get out and had to call for help. "Every thing was awesome except I think I paid twice for the same visit. I paid when I booked through Expedia and they charged my credit card then when I checked out they charged my card again which I don’t think was right, but what could I do? I’am very unhappy about that situation, can it be investigated?"

"Very nice hotel, well maintained. The air conditioner in the room has an annoying whine and kept me awake, so I turned it off. The main entry appears to be an unused window display so we drove around the building twice looking for the actual front door. The clerk at the counter said they get complaints about the difficult to find front entry all the time."

My room was paid prior to me arriving but the day of check out the system charged my card again The front desk manager could not reverse the charge. She offered to write a letter to my bank requesting the charge be released. It took 5 business days before the charge fell off."
