"Clean room and friendly staff. The hotel is walkable to the Metro station along with a number of other bus routes. Walkable to the National Archaeological Museum. There are buses to take you to the Acropolis and other ancient ruins within 20-30 mins from this hotel. This is about 40 mins from the Athens airport if you take public transportation. There are number of restaurants and grocery stores nearby this hotel. The hotel has free wifi and offers information about nearby attractions. "

"Attalos Hotel is an amazing little place located in a great location in Athens. The hotel is older, but the bathrooms have been updated and there are two elevators! All of the staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful, spoke English, and offered suggestions of tours, etc. The hotel is located on a busy street and is within a very short walking distance to Monastaraki Square, the Acropolis, the Ancient Agora, and multiple other interesting places to visit. "The rooms were pretty clean. The family suite is a mixed review. The bunk beds are not very stable. No one over 70 pounds should be on them. We picked the room because it slept 5. We had to put the top mattress on the floor to use it. The bed-frame reminds me of a IKEA set lol. There is no privacy for the bathroom. The shower door and toilet door are just frosted (you can see through it some) and there is no main door to that area. The breakfast is more of a continental than Buffett as...
