The hotel has a great location, and the front desk staff was polite and welcoming. However, the rooms are extremely outdated, with very old furniture and bathrooms in poor condition. The cleanliness was unacceptable. The rooms and bathrooms were not properly cleaned, which was very disappointing. Overall, the hotel does not match the pictures or the expectations, and I would not stay here again.

Location and staff were nice. Breakfast was wonderful as usual with most hotels in Brazil. Outside the hotel looks nice, but the room was the smallest I have ever stayed and the bathroom minuscule. It seems the room was never maintained since it was built with too many defects too mention. The air-condition system right beside the bed is very noisy, never saw one as noisy inside the room as this one before.

Omg this place was so loud inside the room at night between the road noise and the people above dragging tables on the tile floor at 5 am , not a pleasant night of sleep for sure , but everything else is fine.

Dirty, filthy, old mattresses, furniture, broken ac, ripped towels, hair in the bathroom walls and floor, shower was greased. The stuff took long time to resolve the problems and wasn’t happy to change us to another room. The other room was filthy as the first one the only difference was the ac was working.

I like the fact that the property was close to Airport and Shop area. Con is that the bathroom was a little dirty and the floors my daughter got cut with the glass on her feet . We did stay at this property a few months back and had no problem. Wish it was cleaning this time around

Place have a huge mold issue in the bathroom, windows and baseboards dirt, poor condition of the bathroom overall. Wouldn’t stay again at this hotel not even for free. Terrible experience, out of a horror movie.
