"Very disappointing experience. There was no communication from the property before arrival despite five attempts to contact them. We arrived at 5:15pm, well after the 3pm check-in time, yet two people were still in the property washing up and cleaning. Had we arrived at 3pm, the property clearly would not have been ready. The cleanliness was unacceptable. Plates and pans needed washing before use, there were dirty cups in the dishwasher, mouldy cheese in the fridge and a freezer that appeared...

Top Virginia Water Hotel Reviews

Sofitel London Heathrow

10/10 Excellent

"Fantastic hotel. Spacious room. Comfortable bed..perfect location, attached to T5 at Heathrow. Stafg very helpful too"

Royal Garden Hotel

8/10 Good

"Good hotel, but check your bill carefully! The hotel itself was very good and in an excellent central location. My wife and I stayed with a group of friends after attending an event nearby, and we were perfectly happy with our stay — until breakfast the following morning. This is where things became disappointing. Our bill stated a 12.5% service charge, yet we were also charged an additional £3.50 per guest — £21 in total — even though our guests had already paid for their breakfasts separately. I find this extremely misleading. If a charge is described as 12.5%, then that is what a customer reasonably expects to be charged. Adding further charges without making them absolutely clear is, in my view, deceptive and leaves a very poor impression. It’s a shame because we genuinely liked the hotel. My advice: enjoy your stay, but check your bill very carefully before paying."

Atrium Hotel Heathrow

8/10 Good

"Great location, nice facilities, no complaints on that front.. however! The WiFi is absolutely awful, I assume the TV is on the same network too so if youre planning on doing a little work, or watching tv at the end of an evening ... dont, you get little to no phone signal either, other than that was great"
