"I booked my reservation through Expedia. And I chose book now, pay at property. The day of my check in the hotel tried to run my card information without my knowledge and consent. I made 3 reservations for myself and other in my party, and they tried to run my card for all 3 before we had even checked in. And because the payment would not go through they cancelled the reservation. When I got to the hotel, the staff member said it was their policy to run a card to see if payment would go process. I stated I booked through Expedia and my payment should not have been ran until I checked in and I authorized any transactions. I have never had a hotel do that before. The hotel also had a bad odor. It was very stale and a scent of mildew. Our bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. The room and bathroom did not seem very clean. The staff wasn't very knowledgeable of questions asked. This hotel was rated an 8 - very good, and from the pics it's looked like the rating matched. But I would rate this hotel a 6 - average. If I have a choice I would not stay at this hotel again. "

"We have stayed at several Drury Inn and Suites and have been very impressed with the staff, amenities and cleanliness! We seek them out when traveling and have recommended them to friends and family!! "

"Hotel was clean but location was bad. View was of a wall and it was right off the elevators so a lot of traffic and noise. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. On the whole it was a good hotel."

"Only one elevator worked in building, waiting for elevator took 5-7minutes every trip. Breakfast area was open 6:30-9:30; but the staff stopped replenishing food at 8:50, both mornings. By 9:10 no bagels, bread, pancake mix, eggs, sausage or fruit was available. "

"We booked a room just to take the kids swimming. They enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The room was not clean. The arms of the chair was sticky, the lamp switch was sticky, the inside of the bathroom door looks like it had poo smeared on the door. If properly cleaned, I would have liked my stay very much."

"During our stay, the staff asked our guest (a young adult visiting from out of town) for identification while my husband was away. Despite us having already paid for the room, they told our guest he needed to leave. As a result, both my husband and our guest were removed from the property. We were told we would receive a refund for one night; however, Expedia has since informed us they have been unable to reach the property to process it. The situation was concerning and left us feeling uncomfortable. I cannot say for certain what prompted their actions, but the experience did not feel handled appropriately. I would not choose to stay here again. I would also advise others to be cautious when traveling with guests who are 18–25 and may appear younger, as they may be approached for ID when the primary guest is not present."
