It is ocean view but sits back across the street overlooking a restaurant. The hot tub was out of order and we weren't informed until we checked in. The king suite was very nice and the bed was very comfortable.

Resort is old and seems outdated. The green carpet in the halls and overwhelming smell was a bit much. Room was above average. They were working on the building the day we arrived, hot water took like 10 minutes to get hot but good after that. Pillows and bed were below average. View was good from our room. There was no hot water on my floor all weekend. My daughter stayed on another floor and they had hot water. My niece & her family found a roach in their room. This is the 2nd year we stayed at this property and it will be my last time staying. The staff was amazing at check in, the young lady at 2am was wonderful and the young lady at 11pm was not at all empathetic and was rather matter of fact and didn’t seem nice until I came to the front desk.
