Such a lovely stay!

We chose the room based on location & timing, it was lovely! The location is incredible - only a minute down the street from 1 of the most beautiful black sand beaches, and 9 minutes out of the downtown area - SUPER friendly host, very informative, quaint, comfortable room, newly updated and very clean. Would absolutely recommend and would certainly stay here again!

Cute place, great location!

LOVED our stay here. The location is excellent, it has a beautiful view of the coast, it's right by Reynisfjara Beach, and a short drive from Vik. Our host was very welcoming and gave us many recommendations around the area. The best parts were being greeted by her three dogs and saying hi to the cutest, fluffy bunnies in the yard! I'd definitely recommend staying here!

The guesthouse was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked. The dogs and cat on the property were friendly. The location was perfect to be able to see black sand beach at sunrise. I would recommend removing the carpet in the bedroom. A complimentary breakfast would be appreciated.

Beautiful place to stay for a night. We had the family room that also had a dedicated bathroom, which was great. Clean, comfortable, in a convenient location near Vik. Owners super nice and helpful. Shared kitchen has everything you need to make your meals. It does get a little small when everyone is there in the morning but it wasn’t a big deal. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying here. The view was in incredible, the hosts were so lovely, and we even got to see the Northern Lights! Being able to visit with the sheep, horses, dogs, cats, and bunnies just made this stay even more incredible! Thank you so much.

The owners run a farm and offered a free tour to see the animals they owned. Three beautiful horses, many, many sheep and three of the friendliest dogs.

This was a one night stop for us during our vacation. I really should've booked a few more nights... The location was great, the host was fantastic and very responsive. She provided us many recommendations for things to do in the area that we never would've known about. We thoroughly enjoyed the dogs and other animals on the property and being able to feed the baby lamb was a highlight. I can't recommend this place enough! Wonderful all around!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Jedes Zimmer ist mit einem Waschbecken ausgestattet. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und wir hatten einen tollen Blick auf Dyrholaey. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und gibt viele Tipps. Auf Anfrage wird sogar die Wäsche gewaschen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt für den Süden

Gemütliches kleines Guesthouse mit sehr lieben Besitzern in der Nähe vom Black Beach. Wir wurden aufgrund einer Überbuchung in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt, wofür uns ein Rabatt angeboten wurde. Die Zimmer sind allesamt sehr schön eingerichtet und haben ein EIGENES Waschbecken im Zimmer, was es wesentlich weniger „schlimm“ macht, dass man sich Toilette & Dusche teilt. Es gibt zwei Duschen und 3 Toiletten, was für insgesamt 4 Zimmer absolut ausreichend ist und man sich nie behindert oder gestört hat. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet - der extra Essensraum lädt zwar nicht zum verweilen ein, erfüllt aber seinen Zweck. Es gibt Ziegen, Pferde und liebe Hunde auf dem Grundstück, welche ein schönes Extra sind :)

Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, man konnte sich auch immer an sie wenden, falls man etwas gebraucht hätte. Die Zimmer, Bad und Küche sind sehr liebevoll und schön eingerichtet. Alles ist modern und man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Da es nicht viele Zimmer sind ist es auch kein Problem sich beispielsweise die Küche zu teilen. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und können es jedem empfehlen!
