The apartelle's location is just some minutes walk away from Vigan's tourists spots! The place itself was clean however the room I got (I booked 2 rooms for 1 night - the other toilet was okay), the toilet doesn't have any cover so its hard to business. The aircon was good but theres a technique on how to operate it. Indeed, there were towels provided however toiletries weren't! They only provide tissues. Their description was misleading!

I stayed in Hems apartel during my travel to Puerto Princesa in Palawan.The Hotel is nearby airport and a great one.It has spacious rooms ans service is good.

I was very hesitant to write this review specially for a small mom and pop place like this but it was a nightmare checking-in. They didn't have our reservation on their "book" and they had me talk to someone on the phone, etc, etc. The front desk lady was very confused and upset at the person on the other line. They tried to get more money out of me because they could not calculate correctly. Granted it's an economical place to stay but it would be great to have all the amenities working properly. The a/c was barely cold and the toilet did not flush (we had to put water in a bucket and pour into the toilet). The shower wasn't the cleanest as well. The beds were ok and seemed clean which was a relief.

Un bon hôtel pas trop cher à Vigan

Hem appartelle est un bon hôtel bien situé, proche du centre de Vigan à pied. Un bon rapport qualité prix, des chambres calmes sans le bruit de la rue. 2 points à améliorer : faire le ménage quotidien de la chambre quand on reste plusieurs jours, et améliorer la connection wifi, disponible uniquement à la réception et pas dans les chambres.

Very poor internet connection, has a problem with the air conditioning unit, the heater is broken, we came at the hotel at 12noon but the attendant didnt allow us to check in until past 1pm and made us wait at the lobby even though the room is available and we even told them that we will be checking out at 5am which is too early for the regular check out of 11am and to compensate for our early check in.

Great place!

The only thing I was not to happy about was the service and the internet. The guy who checked me in seemed to get annoyed when my devices wouldn't connect and I asked him to change me rooms closer to the lobby connection, which he said i could just use even though I was supposed to have wifi IN my room. Surprisingly, the lobby wifi was stronger than the floor's, so if you need it make sure to request a lower level room. Other than this, the location is great, the room was spacious and there was hot water. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again?!
