"The Chateau is beautiful; our room was huge and sumptuously decorated in mid-nineteenth century style, but with modern comforts: air conditioning and a well-appointed bathroom. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day. "Beautiful traditional French house, lovingly cared for by its owner. Large bedroom with plenty of space, good size bathroom with jet bath. A little difficult with no shower attachment on the wall, a minor detail. Breakfast was plentiful, well presented and thoughtfully put together. The host was wonderful and went out of his way to be helpful. There was a language barrier which made the whole stay fun, we used Google translate a lot! There’s a lovely patio area with relaxing chairs and a hot tub...
