"Great hotel tucked away behind street in quiet area. Lovely clean room, nice size pool & well tended garden. Little annoyed on arrival as Hotels.com had advertised that rooms had washer/dryer under Amenities. This was one of the reasons I had booked here as we needed washing done. Manager at reception said he would look into & fix. Laundry service available at reception for 25000 kip per kg. We paid extra ($9 Aud) for breakfast which was nice enough, but not exactly as pictured on board at reception. Nice area at reception where you have breakfast & can help yourself to tea & coffee whenever you want. Staff helpful & attentive. They organised sandwiches to take for breakfast & rang a taxi to take us to airport for an early flight. Bedding & pillows very nice. Aircon dripped in our room (607), they had placed our bath mat there, so maybe an extra bath mat would have been a good idea."
