Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ist extrem klein (unter 8 m2 plus WC/Duschbereich). In dieser Größenordnung wirken Zimmer oft eher heruntergekommen, das ist hier glücklicherweise nicht der Fall. Frühstück war gut, reichlich und ordentlich aufbereitet.

A little fat from the city center in the winter. During summer it's 30-40min so not bad. Close to train station and comfortable rooms

Bad sleep!
Too hot and noisy to sleep. No AC and when you open the windows it’s become too noisy. Breakfast only ok. Broken pancake mashine. Room was ok though.

No a/c, warm room and bad sleep
I was there for 2 days with my family, we were 5, the room size was good... BUT.... Vienna had high temperatures, 33C during the day and approx 27 in the night.. and we had only 2 tiny poor unusefull fans in our rooms. NO A/C, 2 parking spots in the garage, you better book in advance, and the parking garages that they offer as second option are minimum 5 min walk, NOT NICE WHEN YOU WALKED ALL DAY!!!..... I def. will not stay there, rather pay more. STAFF WAS VERY NICE!!! Not good breakfast. Because of the hot room we barely slept,we open ALL WINDOWS, but during the night there are drunk people screaming outside and lots and lots of police or ambulaces passing by, and this is why I put a bad grade... WE PAY HOTELS FOR SLEEPING.

Westbahn Hotel exceeded our expectations! For an extra 20€ they allowed us to check in at 9am and for a little extra we enjoyed their wonderful breakfast! We checked out before breakfast several days later and they packed us a small breakfast to go. There was also a 24/ hour espresso/ latte machine in the lobby. Highly recommend u stay here. Train station is right across the street

Great location
Hotel is located next to a train station (with metro) and close to many different stores for shopping. I had a small room with one bed which was clean but lacked an airco which made the room stay very hot during my stay in summer (although a fan was provided). Breakfast buffet offers plenty of different options.

O hotel é relativamente novo, possui o essencial, quarto e banheiro adequados e o ponto alto foi o atendimento atencioso e cortes do staff especialmente do Demien e Laslo . Great hotel in good location
Our stay was for 4 nights. The hotel is in a good location 3 minutes walk to West Bahnhof railway station which has good transportation connections to city and other places of interest. although the hotel on the main road there is no noise from road traffic. The staff are very friendly and keen to assist you, the breakfast is a cold or hot buffet fresh and plenty of selection of food. The bedroom was satisfactory cleaned regularly there is a small lounge in the lobby which is pleasant to sit in, free coffee all day too Free WiFi in bedrooms there is a airport bus that runs from the airport to Westbahnhof station too 40 minutes any hour

Short and sweet
I stayed for 2 nights with my 14 year old son. We were comfortable, the whole place was clean, breakfast was tasty and there was a nixe variety of options, the staff was lovely. The room was a bit overly warm at times, but we were able to open the windows for air. I requested separate beds and they accomodated us without fuss. All in all a great stay.

Room is tiny but fine condition. Some equipment in the room seems a bit outdated but still good environment with no noise and warm heater. It's very close to Westbahnhof with great connection to the city center by U3 subway. Breakfast is fine especially you don't need to go out during the winter stay. The staff is nice and helpful
