Great location near underground and St Stephen Cathedral. Close to the opera house, the Abertina and Spanish riding school. Rooms we had was basic. Staff very helpful.

地下鉄駅のも近く、大変便利でした。 旧市街の小路を歩くのが好きなので 、私にとっては最高の場所でした。 部屋の鍵が古いタイプのものですので、出かけるときはグルグル２回まわして、施錠を忘れないでください。 その都度、レセプションに鍵を預けなければなりません。

Lage absolut zentral! Zimmer und Bad vollkommen in Ordnung. Bei Anreise mit dem PKW fallen dadurch hohe Parkgebühren an. 35 Euro/Tag mit Hotelbonus - 39,90 Euro/Tag ohne Hotelbonus, dafür näher am Hotel.

Hotel is in a fantastic location. The room was VERY small and cramped. Even though hung some towels all were changed.

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter la ville à pied. Station de métro à 2 min de l hôtel très pratique pour venir de l aéroport ( train métro 30 min ) Très bon petit déjeuner, personnel sympathique.

This property was very well located. The staff was pleasant and breakfast was nice. The only thing that we struggled with was the noise between rooms. In the morning it felt as if the upstairs neighbor was in our room with us.

Best location but rooms small.
The best feature of this hotel is its central location, a few steps from the main commercial area of the Graben. The rooms we had (on two separate stays in this trip) were quite small which made unpacking of two suitcases very challenging. The bathroom was small but comfortable. The staff was good but not overly helpful. That is, they would help with your requests, but didn’t go way out of their way. The taxi service they provided to the airport was comfortable and reasonable. I would probably stay again there because of the convenience.

Great location
The best feature of the hotel is its location. A few steps from the Graben pedestrian area, it’s hard to beat. The only unpleasant thing was that both times we checked in they required up front payment. This is the first time it has happened to us. One arrives and wishes to quickly get to your room and relax but we had to settle the bill before entering our room. Otherwise the service was quite good and they were very accommodating. The room is small though and it’s difficult to open more than one suitcase.

Excellent breakfast with very pleasant and attentive staff. Front desk helpful and cheerful. Our superior room was spacious and provided all we needed for our stay! And the free coffee in our room was a plus!! We walked to 6 of the 7 Christmas markets in the area!! Easy walking to all of the sights and museums. Rate it a 10 out of 10!!!

Perfect Location.Good Breakfast.Italian restaurant belonging to hotel very good but, after we signed the evening meal receipt and asked for it to go on our bill, the waiter came back and asked us to put a tip on it, which made us feel uncomfortable. We did find out later 'though, that this seemed to be the norm in most of the Vienna restaurants. Very clean hotel.Room needed more comfort, better tea & coffee facilities (maybe a kettle instead of the coffee machine and pods)and the shower need modernising Would have been nice to have complimentary bottled water in the room instead of having to buy it. For me, the location gives this hotel its 4 star rating but I would consider it a 3 star otherwise. It suited our short trip but probably wouldn't stay here again.

The staff were extremely friendly, and helpful with booking inquiries. Hotel, itself, just a block away from main square. Its restaurant had extraordinary food. It wasnt until the last day that i realized how close it is to the hofburg palace and museum area. Would return to same location at another visit.

Great value.
Very well located hotel walking distans to the Hofburg, Opera and other museums. Great reception, attention and service at front desk. Room is small but bathroon is modern and fresh with good towells.

Aged hotel with excellent location
I booked this hotel after confusing it with another place I had previously stayed in the area. Graben Hotel has an excellent location, easily among the best if you want to stay in Vienna center. Only a few steps from the metro station, pedestrian shopping streets, cathedral, restaurants and cafes. While it's been taken good care of and is very clean, it is an aged establishment and more like 3 stars equivelent in today's Vienna standards. There are much better hotels with similar rates in the area that are only 250-300 mt. further from the city center.

Excellent mid-city location. Rather small room in an older building, but with a very good elevator. Didn't try the breakfast. Friendly desk staff. This is a fairly average or standard European hotel with a price that reflects its convenient lication.

The pillows here are so soft they were none existent. We need three to try and sleep and still ended up with sore necks. There was a dirty hand mark on the wall above our bed. The room was very small. Very hard to open our solid cases and try and walk around the room.

I liked this hotel. The room was minuscule but immaculate and employees were nice and helpful. You could open the casement windows, which are soundproof, but if you do and you are located by the air shaft, the noise is overwhelming.

Very convenient location with everything in walking distance. Rooms were a good size. Some of the staff very pleasant others not do much. We did eat at their Italian restaurant and it was good.

I enjoyed my stay at graben, staff are all very friendly! Very good location, walking distance to most attractions! Facility is a bit old, but very clean! Would stay again!
