The hotel is very convenient to the old part of Vienna. There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby. It was comfortable, clean and quiet.

Confusion on arrival as the name of the hotel had changed. Lift was out of order on arrival and only fixed on last day. Bed was comfortable. Good places to eat breakfast nearby as breakfast at the hotel was minimal. Bathroom was clean. Lots of early morning noise outside our window.

There were building works happening when we stayed, and the work was right outside our room at 7:45 am, when I raised this with the front desk, they seemed more interested is saying something that would get rid of me than doing anything about it. Works included installing a wifi Access point in our room, but this had very visible lights on it flashing all night.

Just a 6 min walk to main train station and 15 min walk to the city centre …. It is the perfect location!! Looks nothing from the outside but when you enter … very clean and modern with extremely helpful staff Would highly recommend

Convenient to main station and Metro

Close to Metro and train station. We stayed in 2nd tower on a courtyard, no street noise and a wonderful two day stay. Front desk allowed for early check-in and answered our tourist questions patiently. Restaurants, grocery and laundromat all with-in immediate vicinity. Easy in and out from train station. Pro tip, don't take CAT train from airport. It drops you off at Wien Mitte, different from Wien HBF where this hotel is located near.

Good location near subway and bus stops, shop and supermarkets. Great stay, wonderful services and staff. The only problem was with the air conditioning that was unexplucably very weak in certains moments of the day even at the lowest temperature. We asked for help from the staff who promptly solved the problem even if it presented itself again after only some hours of cooling down. Please check for the air conditioning in the room 2105. Thanks.

Good but loud

Room very clean, modern, beds very comfortable. Staff service was very average, no pleasantries. The cleaning staff started cleaning rooms and making lots of noise moving chairs around and scraping the floor as soon as 7am in rooms beside me and then later above me.. the noise went through the walls and I couldn't sleep anymore. This continued for the rest of the morning.

the room has glass toilet door; the glass is not even tinted and the light shines through into the room; no phone inside the room, the sink is low and the vanity mirror does not allow to wash the dace; the towels are hanged far from the shower; very poor design.

The room was bigger than what we expected and pretty much close to everything you wish for especially for moving around the city as the Grand Central Station is close by. I would definity come back and highly recommend this hotel.

スタッフさんがフレンドリーかつテキパキしててとても効率がよかった。ダウンタウンまでクラシックな街並みを10分ほど歩くだけ。最寄り駅なら徒歩1分。周囲には土日もやっている飲料品店、アイスクリームショップ、シュニッツェル屋さん、ケバブ屋さんがあり飢えずに済むのは超重要！ただし、ホテルは改装中で、きっと高くなるから行くなら今すぐ。

We 3 friends travel together, so we pick a big room. Our room is so great, it has 1 separate bedroom that has a cute small balcony with outdoor chairs. And have 2 twin bed so we all have our own bed. The location is good, close to main train station and easy walk to couple attractions.
