Ontbijt en avondeten was erg goed. Personeel erg vriendelijk en kundig. Kamer was prima maar wel warm en hebben met het raam open geslapen. We zagen dat de thermostaatknop van de verwarming eraf lag en daardoor geheel open stond. Ik had het niet bij de receptie gemeld. Het hotel heeft een eigen parkeerplaats.

No es un hotel 4 estrellas. Creo que desde que lo inauguraron en los 70 jamás le han realizado restauración. Necesitan hacer una remodelación urgente. Todo está viejo, dañado. No lo recomiendo a nadie

Habitación en muy mal estado. La limpieza es terrible. Incluso avisando de los errores y al dia siguiente los repiten. Muebles llenos de polvo de varias semanas. Paredes sin pintar con desconchados. Piscina llena de bichos. Necesita una reforma de las instalaciones, de la decoración, del mobiliario, pero también una restructuracion total del personal y los servicios. Nada recomendable, la verdad demuestra que el sistema de puntuación por estrellas esta obsoleto y sin revisión

Déçue ! J'étais deja venu dans cet hotel et decue de voir que les frigos presents n'y sont plus. Je trouve que le prix n'est pas du tout justifié. Pas de climatisation, pas de ventilateur, les chambres sont ultra brutantes, la piscine nest pas prevue pour beaucoup de monde, il y a 2 transats accessibles. Et en plus la piscine reste couverte alors qu'il fait 40°. On peut trouver moins cher et mieux

En general el hotel está bien. Me gustó el bufet de la cena y desayuno. Tanto las instalaciones del hotel (pasillos, puertas,..) como en las habitaciones necesitan una reforma. La piden a gritos. aún así, es un sitio adecuado y cómodo para estar.

El personal es muy agradable y el sitio es muy acogedor. Estancias grandes y cómodas, chimenea, merienda de cortesía y lo dicho los camareros muy simpáticos. La piscina el agua bastante fresquita. No nos hemos podido bañar. Y la comida del buffet bastante buena.

Habitación enana y antigua, con los rodapiés quitados y rotos, cables en mitad de la pared destrozados, techo del baño descolchado, además hemos ido a desayunar y han quitado los productos del desayuno delante nuestras, resumiendo hemos pagado un desayuno del cual apenas hemos podido desayunar. También solicité una cuna para nuestro bebé y no la pudieron

No lo recomendamos, muy mala experiencia

Hotel de 1* como mucho. Habitación con alfombra vieja, descolorida y sucia, sábanas, colcha cortinas y paredes sucias. Habitaciones sin aire acondicionado, imposible de conciliar el sueño por el calor que hacía. Cama con salvacolchon de mala calidad, de plástico, que hacía un ruido insoportable al moverse,... habitaciones sin estar debidamente insonorizadas, pues, escuchamos llorar un bebé prácticamente toda la noche. Una muy mala experiencia.

Mantenimiento y limpieza inaceptables. No es un 4*

El hotel NO es un cuatro estrellas. Lo sería en su momento, pero está en un estado de conservación inaceptable. Mala limpieza (ver fotos, aunque el límite es de ocho, había más; no necesariamente por motivo de personal, sino posiblemente por falta de personal y exceso de habitaciones por cada limpiadora), desgastado (alfombras desgastadas, no se ha pintado en mucho tiempo, cosas rotas en el baño), mal mantenido (pared llena de agujeros de accesorios de baño ya no existentes, mármol del baño partido, cortina de plástico en la bañera, nevera de habitación no funciona, y mal conservado, sin respetar normas de seguridad (no hay instrucciones en caso de incendio en la habitación, lo cual entiendo que es directamente punible). Lo único que es bueno es el desayuno, abundante y de buena calidad, y la amabilidad y atención de camareros y recepcionistas.
