Perfect location in San Julian. Building is getting old, but everything works fine. I had few issues with the internet but the staff was quick to bring me solutions, which I really appreciated. Be ware of some house maid who enters your room even when the "do not disturb" sign is at the door.

Rented for the hot tub which great on chilly days. Owner was reachable to figure out heat but I didn’t contact for the electric stove (fyi, Lo means locked not on low heat). Area quiet but neighbors a little noisy but not enough to wake/bother. Beware of low doorway.

interesting places to visit, good for public transport, heavy traffic a problem, some streets narrow without pavements so difficult journey to restaurants
