"What an awesome property. Owners were super nice and accommodating, and even upgraded our room as we were the only guests that weekend! Couldn't have been any better."

However the fact that the Inn is administered by the Hermitage club which is 5 miles away made things a little inconvenient when it came time to check in and out (there was no one on site, you have to check in at the club house). The Inn was close to multiple food options and on the main VT route 100 through town so was quite convenient aside from the separate check-in location."

"Used coffee cups in dining area...no breakfast...owner said that he would compensate for that but there was no one to check us out the next morning with no compensation...shame that an historic inn is falling through the cracks...I definitely would not stay there again..."
