I apologize for this odd situation of having the pool out of order both times you have stayed with us. This most recent time was certainly out of our control as I'm sure was explained to you when you checked in. I'm glad that despite the disappointment of our pool being unavailable that you found the rest of our facilities and our staff to be of the highest quality.
