All the staff were friendly and helpful with the fromt desk staff being particularly helpful and lovely. The breakfast was poor. The choice was OK but many times were not refreshed. The breakfast room was small and very busy at times"

AC didn’t work and supposedly we had a maintenance visit scheduled but no one ever came. Oh, well. House cleaning was top-notch. Even with a few hiccups we would probably stay here again. Recommend Rivoli rooms as they are perhaps a bit more modern."
